One library for teaching advocacy.
The portal is a resource library first — role plays, syllabi, case files and course materials, contributed by the educators who use them. It is open to NALAE members and you will need to sign in.
Three sections, one library each.
Members join the section they teach in and can request access to the others at any time. Every section carries the same four kinds of resource.
Courtroom skills from first appearance to verdict — openings, examinations, evidence, and jury persuasion.
Case Files · Presentations · Syllabi · Training Tools
Appellate advocacy taught well — brief writing, oral argument, and coaching students to compete.
Case Files · Presentations · Syllabi · Training Tools
Negotiation, mediation, and arbitration — preparing advocates for how most matters actually resolve.

Contribute what you teach.
The library is built by its members. If you have a role play, a syllabus, a case file or an exercise that works, add it to your section so colleagues across the country can use it.

Resources are shared by faculty for classroom use, and many carry teaching notes and assessment material that should not be public. Membership keeps the library useful and the materials in professional hands.
